关于论文终稿提交的通知 | 延至10月8日
应广大作者要求，论文终稿提交时间延至10月8日24时截止。
中文论文作者：
1. 按照中文论文模板及审稿人审稿意见修改论文；
2. 将修改后的终稿上传到系统中。
英文论文作者：
一、 Final Manuscript Preparation Instruction（Format Checking）（格式校验）
Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings to prepare the camera-ready paper, and use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate your papers.
Steps:
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
First-time users should do the following:
1、Select “New Users - Click Here”.
2、Enter the following:
48633X for the Conference ID
your email address
a password
3、Continue to enter information as prompted.
An online confirmation will be displayed and an email will be sent for verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Attention: The IEEE PDF eXpress® 48633X opens on 2019-09-01.
二、Note on the Submitting of eCopyright 关于版权协议签署的说明（eCopyright）
IEEE will send emails to the authors in batches later. Authors are invited to sign the copyright agreement according to the email prompt.
Note: we will submit the first author's email address because IEEE requires submitting only one author's information. Please be aware of the above.
If you do not receive the email from IEEE eCopyright before September 15th, please contact the conference program committee in time.
关于签署版权协议的材料提交给IEEE之后，IEEE将分批给投稿作者发邮件，请各位作者根据邮件提示签署版权协议。
注：因为IEEE要求只提交一位作者的信息，取第一作者的邮箱提交给IEEE，望各论文作者知悉！

三、 About the Camera-ready Paper Submission 关于论文终稿提交
Please upload your camera-ready paper through the submission system after completing the format verification and eCopyright.
请在完成格式校验及版权协议签署后，通过投稿系统上传您的论文终稿。
终稿日期已延期至10.8
四、About the Registration Form and Bank Transfer Voucher:
In order to facilitate the authors, the registration form and bank transfer voucher no longer required to be sent to the organizing committee.
五、 Notice 注意事项
1. Format checking and eCopyright are the necessary conditions for the paper to be included in IEEE, and all authors are requested to follow the requirements; If the format verification, eCopyright and final draft are not completed on time, the consequences of the inclusion of the later papers shall be borne by the author!
格式校验及版权协议签署是论文被IEEE收录的必要条件，请各位作者务必按照要求完成；未按时完成格式校验、版权协议及提交终稿的作者，对后期论文收录产生的后果，由作者自负！
2. In order not to affect the collection and other work, please be sure to use the paper template provided by the IEEE conference website. In addition, the organizing committee will review the papers. If the duplication rate does not meet the requirements, the authors will be contacted for revision.
为不影响收录等工作，请务必使用IEEE会议网站提供的论文模板；另外，会务组将对论文进行查重处理，如重复率不符合要求，将联系各位作者进行修改；
3. Important: do not add the page number, and do not add anything in the lower left corner; IEEE copyright code and page number are added by the organizing committee.
重要：论文请勿增加页码，左下角请勿增加任何内容；IEEE版权代码及页码由会务组统一添加。
